Refund Policy

• Users have a 2-day period to request a refund with a valid reason.

• No refunds will be issued after this period has ended.

Asset Collection

• All purchased assets must be collected within 5 days of purchase.

• If assets are not collected within this timeframe, the plan validity will start automatically on the 6th day.

Lifetime Plans

• Lifetime plans remain valid until the server’s lifecycle ends.

Underage Users

• Users under the age of 15 years must provide valid guardian consent before making a payment.

• If this consent is not provided, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Gang Plan Installment Policy

• If a gang purchases a plan on an installment basis and later decides to dismantle on its own, the remaining balance must still be paid within 5 days.

Validity Period

• Once a plan expires, users will receive a Discord notification regarding the expiration.

• Users have a 2-day period to renew their subscription if desired.

File Policy

• External files must be submitted before 4 PM (IST).

• Files submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.

• If a submitted file is corrupted or non-functional, it will be automatically transferred to the next day’s restart cycle.

Tebex File Policy

We do not promote or use Tebex-sourced files. All gang assets are securely stored and managed directly by our server team to ensure safety and integrity.
