πŸ“—ROLEPLAY RULES

TRON Supremacy

Admins (Trons) have full authority to take any necessary actions based on the situation to ensure smooth server operations and roleplay integrity.

OOC Interactions

  • Offensive Language & Mature Roleplay:

    • Players may engage in sexual, torture, or disgusting roleplay only with prior OOC consent from all involved parties, including witnesses.

    • Such roleplay must not take place in public areas or locations frequently visited by players.

Metagaming

Metagaming refers to using out-of-character (OOC) information in in-character (IC) situations, which can affect roleplay scenarios unfairly. This includes:

  • Sharing IC details through non-RP methods (e.g., Discord, Twitch chat, OOC text).

  • Mixing IC and OOC knowledge.

  • Sitting in VC while actively playing and discussing in-game situations.

Non-Roleplay (Non-RP) Behavior

Non-RP refers to unrealistic or poor-quality roleplay. Players are encouraged to seek staff guidance if unsure. Examples of Non-RP include:

  • Disconnecting/Crashing or Acting AFK:

    • Logging out or crashing mid-RP without informing involved parties is considered combat logging.

    • If a crash occurs, players must return and resume the scenario.

    • Acting AFK to avoid roleplay is also considered combat logging.

Fear Roleplay (Fear-RP)

Players must demonstrate reasonable fear for their character’s life in dangerous situations. If a weapon is aimed at you from close range, you must comply with demands realistically.

Deathmatching (DM) & Vehicle Deathmatching (VDM)

  • DM: Attacking a player without a valid IC reason or prior escalation (e.g., police reports, robbery).

  • VDM: Using vehicles as weapons during active shootouts.

  • Killing a player just because of disrespectful talk is not considered valid RP.

  • Rapid countdowns, firing immediately after a warning, or headshots disguised as "warning shots" will be classified as RDM (Random Deathmatch).

Combat Logging

  • Players must not leave the game during active roleplay situations.

  • If your game crashes, you must return to the last location to continue the scenario.

New Life Rule (NLR)

  • Once killed and respawned, your character forgets all events leading to their death.

  • Revenge RP is only allowed if another player (witness) remembers you and conducts a proper investigation to confirm the culprit.

  • Gang conflicts must be resolved through gang meetings rather than open wars.

Verbal Abuse

  • Unparliamentary language toward other players is not tolerated.

  • Affected players can file a ticket if they feel harassed.

  • Double-meaning jokes or indirect abuse also fall under this rule.

F10 Menu (Player List Usage)

Using player-based menus as IC information is prohibited. It can only be used for:

  • Checking officer availability before a robbery.

  • Checking the presence of EMS before planning a heist.

Communication-Mediated RP

  • All attacks/gunfights must be preceded by clear RP communication via in-game phone messages, Twitter, or Yellow Pages.

  • The message must be properly understood by the opposing party and not sent seconds before an attack.

Lore Breaking

  • Any action that disrupts immersion or breaks RP scenarios intentionally is considered lore-breaking.

Staff Supremacy

  • The staff team reserves the right to ban players at any time if they are found to be disruptive IC or OOC.

Impure RP (Poor RP Justifications)

  • Attacking players for petty reasons (e.g., not revealing their name, accidentally bumping your vehicle) is considered Fail-RP (FRP).

Breaking Roleplay (Breaking RP)

  • Speaking OOC in voice chat or using /me for OOC topics is prohibited.

  • Players should use /ooc, /help, or Discord for OOC discussions.

No Functional RP (Radio/Communication RP Rules)

  • If your radio/phone has been confiscated, all communication must be through direct voice chat only.

  • Using the radio after it has been stripped is considered Fail-RP.

Taking OOC Advantages

  • OOC chat (EMS, gang, club, police chats) must not be used to call for help or share real-time RP locations.

  • These chats can only be used for post-RP updates (e.g., "situation clear," "all down").

  • Misuse of this will result in a ban.

Voice Chat Politeness & Language

  • Abusive or vulgar language (direct or indirect) will be considered Fail-RP.

Warning Fire

  • Warning shots must not hit the player.

  • They should be fired towards the ground or sky in the same direction as the intended target.

Discord Voice Channel Usage

  • Using external voice channels for in-game coordination is strictly prohibited.

  • If a player provides POV or screenshots proving this, action will be taken immediately.

Team Deathmatch (TDM) Rules

  • TDM is for entertainment purposes only.

  • Do not create RP conflicts inside TDM zones.

  • Teaming up in Deathmatch mode is prohibited.
