ACPD AND AMS RULES
ARGON CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT (ACPD)
General Rules
No OOC Forcing: Do not force police officers into out-of-character (OOC) discussions.
City Patrol Restriction: Police officers are only permitted to patrol within city limits unless a robbery or emergency situation requires them to leave.
Conflict RP: If a citizen engages in a police situation, a proper roleplay backstory must be established. Failure to do so will be considered Fail RP (FRP).
Respect the Police: Do not dictate police procedures or question police rules IC. "Donβt police the police."
Processing Time: The police have their own RP structure. Do not rush officers to process you fasterβthey will follow standard procedures.
Traffic & Pursuit Rules
Reckless Driving Consequences: Performing stunts (e.g., wheel spins, excessive honking, wheelies) in front of officers grants them the right to confiscate your license.
Spike Strips & Roadblocks: Police may deploy spike strips and roadblocks before initiating negotiations. These will be removed only after proper negotiations.
Disguises & Masks: Wearing a mask or helmet to conceal your identity gives the police the right to investigate and search you. Plan your RP accordingly.
No Water Escapes: Players cannot end a pursuit by jumping into water. If you fall in accidentally, you must exit as soon as possible.
Robbery & Hostage Situations
Hostages & PD Loot: You cannot demand your seized items back from the police using a hostage situation.
Police RP Priority: If an officer is engaged in an active robbery or RP scenario, other civilians cannot interfere or start a new RP with that officer.
Safe Zone Rule: Engaging in aggressive actions against police in designated safe zones is a violation of the FRP rule.
Search, Arrests & Warrants
Searches: The police have the authority to search individuals and vehicles if there is reasonable suspicion. Players must provide evidence of their innocence if questioned.
Arrests: The police can arrest players anywhere (including safe zones, gang houses, or outside city limits) if there is an active government-issued warrant against them.
Illegal Weapons: If a player is caught carrying an illegal weapon in public, the police have the right to restrain and confiscate the weapon.
Roleplay Integrity
No Reinforcements After Death: If a player dies in a police situation, they cannot rejoin the scenario through illegal revival methods.
No Declaring War on PD: Players cannot declare open war against the police department.
ARGON MEDICAL CENTRE (AMC)
Professional Conduct & Roleplay Standards
Medical Roleplay Priority: EMS personnel must act as trained medical professionals, prioritize patient well-being, and follow standard medical procedures in roleplay.
Emergency Response: Respond promptly to distress calls, drive safely while using sirens, and prioritize roleplay immersion over rushing responses.
Medical Treatment: EMS should properly assess injuries and administer care, including CPR, bandaging, medication, or stabilizing patients for transport.
Patient Consent: Obtain OOC consent before performing medical roleplay or treatments on a player. Respect player boundaries for an enjoyable RP experience.
EMS-Specific Rules
No Mid-RP Revivals: EMS cannot revive players in the middle of an active roleplay situation.
No Revival of Burned Bodies: If a body has been burned, EMS cannot revive the player.
No Medical Equipment Sales: EMS is prohibited from selling medical supplies to civilians under any circumstances.
Radio Coordination: EMS must stay connected to their respective radio channels and coordinate with their team.
EMS & Hostage Situations
Taking EMS Hostage: Civilians may only take EMS as hostages if the EMS initiates a situation or engages in a controversial chat with civilians.
Medical Centre & Emergency Access
Gang House Entry: EMS is authorized to enter gang houses without permission if responding to a formal dispatch call for medical assistance.
